Life as a Dream

There I was pop! I threw the ball into the catcher’s mitt. I was warming up in the bullpen getting ready for the big game at the ball-fields.

It was sometime in the middle of May and, well maybe it was April well anyways it was in the Middle of April and I was warming up for our game against the Pirates. And I was starting on the mound!!!

We finally started the game and then it felt like it was going as fast as an Race car that is once the game started. The first inning went by 3 up 3 down with only a few pitches, and I started getting fired up.

The next three innings went by pretty fast except for the parts that we were hitting. Those three innings I was throwing a No-hitter and I started getting nervous. By then the score was 9-0 we were winning.

When we got on defense I realized that this was probably going to be the last inning that I was going to pitch this game so I threw my best to not give up an hit.

There it was it felt like slow motion the last pitch that I was going to throw that inning. It was spinning like a fastball would usually and was looking good. The next thing I know strike 3 ballgame!!! The umpire proclaimed. I threw it straight down the plate. I was super excited.
After the game I was so excited about the game, I almost forgot to get my team drink, but that wasn’t the important thing. After this happened it made me realize that not to get down on my self. Another thing I realized was to never doubt my self but to have confidence.

Life is Full of Many Opportunities

Have you ever been in an struggle,
I’m sure you have but if not,
Encourage, other people.

Go up to them and say,
You can do it,
Or I believe in you.

If your in sports you can,
Pick some body up and that can change their day,
If they are doing something wrong tell them
What can I do to help you fix it.

If the whole team is encouraging each other,
Then they are playing as a team,
If you were to play a team who was as good as your team was,
One has a good attitude the other has a Bad one.
The team who has a good one will more than likely win.s

If you have a good attitude then others will try to follow.
Life is full of many opportunities,
So make the most of every.

The best sense in the world!!!

My favorite sense is hearing. It makes my life better by being able to understand what others are saying to me. Also that when there’s an important drill I can tell when to evacuate the building. Another reason is that I don’t have. To learn a different way of communication.
If this sense were to be taken away from me my whole entire life would change literally. I would have to Learn sign language. Also if somebody was talking to me they would think I would be ignoring them. Last is that if There is a any robber who broke into the school, I wouldn’t be able to here about what’s happening. And that’s why my favorite sense is hearing.

The Best of the Best

Do you remember that guy who could dunk from the free throw line? Do you remember that guy who played his best game when he had the flu? Whether you do or not I do, and his name is Michael Jordan. When I was little I didn’t know if I wanted to play baseball, football, or basketball. Well that changed when I walked in the room one day and I saw a commercial of Michael Jordan playing and the fans cheering, that was when I made my final decision. I decided I wanted to play basketball.

Michael Jordan was a basketball player. He was the best in the world. When he went to high school he didn’t make the basketball team his first try. So that made him even more determined to make it. So he came home from school everyday and practiced. He played for North Carolina in college and won a championship game. When he went to the NBA draft he was selected by the Chicago Bulls 1st round pick 3rd overall. His final year on the Bulls was in 1999 and he retired. One year he was also on the USA Dream Team in the Olympics. They went all the way for a gold metal.
Michael Jordan was in 6 NBA finals, and won all 6. The years he won was in 1991,92,93,96,97, and 98. In fact he won 6 MVP Finals awards, he was a 14 time all-star, 3 all-star MVP awards, 10 scoring titles, 3 stealing titles, 9 defensive awards, his regular season ppg (points per game) was 30.12, and his play-off ppg was 33.45.
Michael Jordan was the best basketball player ever and still is. I wish that someday I can be just as good as him. In the future my dream was that I will be an NBA superstar. I wouldn’t have wanted to play basketball if it wasn’t for micheal Jordan. When you fail one time you always want to meet that goal.

A Dogs Life

I was pacing,

outside the door,

mom was talking with the vet.

When the news came,

I was crying,

And pounding the car door,

I wondered

“why couldn’t you wait 24 more hours.”

The memories came back,

You and the cat,

Going at it hissing and scratch.

I bet you felt the pain to that scratch.

When I threw snowballs,

You wondered “ what was that”?

When I saw you on Easter,

It was your first snow,

You were chomping,

You wondered”what is that”

When I threw the tennis ball for you,

you wouldn’t look back.

You had the best jump ever,

we thought you could beat a human

at the Vertical and long jump.

When I went to bed at night,

when you weren’t there when I was little,

It was a big fright.

When I took you to the vet,

I knew not to look back,

Because, I knew you would make it through.

I guess I was wrong,

but I knew that you tried,

I also, knew that it was best for you.

I hope you know I’ll miss you.
